We booked a three hour fishing trip with Manuel and first mate Luis. Communication regarding weather was excellent.  Our day out was perfect! We caught 5 fish including 2 baracuda. They had 5 lines in to maximize the chances of catching fish.  They had a cooler of cold drinks available. Manny answered all our questions and was very personable! One of the highlights of our time in Akumal! Would highly recommend booking a trip with Manny!

Fantastic trip.  8 hours, first mate and captain didn’t quit trying to get us on fish until the last second.  5/5, no complaints whatsoever.  I’ve been on several guides in the states and these two work together better than any captain - mate tandem I’ve seen. My wife doesn’t exactly have her sea legs and got sick mid day.  Luis took us to a Cenote located in a lagoon and took a break, got her right for the rest of the rest of the afternoon.  Their knowledge of the area saved... What a great day — Manuel was nice enough to pick us up from our hotel, he spoke well and made us feel at ease. Once on the boat, Luis and Fransisco were amazing and full of knowledge. We caught a 3ft barracuda and a 4.5ft Wahoo. Luis then proceeded to filet the fish for us, and Manuel had plenty of wonderful recommendations on restaurants that would cook it for us. Communication with Manny was great before the trip.  The crew of the boat was very focused on making sure i caught fish. Had a great experience. I caught 11 fish in total and lost about another 8. Had a great time . I would recommend a Trip with Manny!

Louis ans Fransisco took us out for a great 4 hours of trolling. It was too windy for bottom fishing so the guides made the most of trolling different debths. Lots of bites and landed 5 nice barracuda. We took the fillets from a smaller one to La Cueda de Pescador and they prepared a feast for us. delicious! Fun, chill vibe.
