Captain Mark Gibson put us on fish all day and gave my family a day of great memories.  We caught fish at every spot that we hit.  We filled the cooler with speckled trout at the first spot.  We hooked multiple snook at the next spot before moving on to larger targets at our final location.  We caught seven sharks, including bull, lemon, blacktip and nurse sharks.  We caught a couple of Goliath grouper as well as snapper and ladyfish.  We capped off the trip with several tarpon hookups.  My family enjoyed spending the day with Captain Mark and had plenty of laughs in addition to great fishing.  I highly recommend the full day charter with Captain Mark Gibson.

Capt Mark is awesome!  Super flexible and a good guy.  And he put us on big fish and we got the bites quickly.  Mark did everything he could to help us land these fish, it was a lot of fun.  We hooked into big tarpon, Goliath grouper and lemon sharks.  We landed two lemon sharks 6ft+ and got a big tarpon almost next to the boat. I was with my wife and daughter and we also got some great sandbar time in.  Thanks for the great trip!

Capt. Mark Gibson is just a really nice guy who was a pleasure to spend time with, and went “overboard” to make sure we both caught fish and had fun doing it. Two of us went out on a half day with small craft warnings and otherwise tough fishing conditions. Most other boats were’”n’t catching much, but Mark kept moving us around until we found the fish. We ended up keeping 4 nice trout (more than enough for dinner for 4), and threw back half a dozen more, plus some nice jacks and snappers. Afterward Mark followed up with cooking ideas and detailed info about a paddle tail jig we were using that worked like magic. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation. We had a great time!

Captain Mark took myself, my wife, and our 11 yo son on an inshore trip out of Islamorada at the end of December.  We booked a 3/4 day trip.  Not only is Mark tremendously knowledgeable about this fishery, he prioritizes the safety and comfort of his clients.  When other knucklehead boaters were driving recklessly, he would be sure to give them a wide berth and operate his boat with safety in mind.  When my son, who was getting over a flu, felt a bit seasick, he switched locations and found an inshore spot close to the Everglades so that he would be comfortable.  He even gave him some Tylenol and some liquid IV drink that helped my son tremendously.  But Captain Mark isn’t just about safety and comfort.  He got us on 85 fish that day….mostly snapper varieties and some jack crevalle but also 2 large nurse sharks.  He even fileted them so we could take them to Lazy Days and have them cook our catch.  I’ll probably never have another 85 fish day in my life so thank you Mark!  Our trip with you will forever be a core memory for my family.

I have been fishing for over 40yrs, been coming to Keys since I was 10. I am an avid fisherman and Capt Mark is an incredible Capt and even better Man. We decided to take our 3 boys here for Christmas this year and so worth it. I have never seen a Capt do all he can to make sure you catch fish and we sure did. His primary focus is making sure not only to catch fish but in his words have a “MEMORY” you won’t soon forget. Aside from all the fish, we caught, it was the Memory he was looking for and boom my son hooked into 160-170lb bull shark and what Battle. Mission accomplished. Mark was in the Navy and my son on board is heading to The Naval Academy, Annapolis and Mark took time at the end of the day to have a sincere conversation and words of wisdom and advice for my son, that put my wife in tears.
