- My name is Capt. Tim Garrett, the owner operator of the Waterproof. I have been fishing off the coast of the Daytona Beach area for 35 years. My love for deep sea fishing began as a child vacationing in Daytona Beach with my family. Soon after moving here from Ohio, I worked as a first mate during the summers and commercial fished in the winter. In 1986, I purchased the Waterproof a custom built Number 1 charter boat. I have been truly blessed to fish each day and share fishing memories/stories amongst friends. I look forward to fishing with our customers and having a great day of fishing on the water.

- The Waterproof is a 40 ft. custom built Number 1 specializing in offshore trolling and bottom fishing. The vessel is Coast Guard approved to 6 passengers. She comes equipped with the latest navigational and fishing equipment on board. A large cockpit area and more fishing room. We operate our business with your safety and enjoyment in mind. Features: Large cockpit area with 3 fighting chairs Spacious Cabin with restroom No fishing license required Bait, Tackle, ice furnished Fish cleaning available at an additional charge Fishing mounting service Light tackle All you need to bring is a cooler with your food, drinks, hats, sunglasses and sun screen and leave the rest us!
