Best fishing trip ever! Dylan is awesome in every way. Caught tons of fish and was relaxing and enjoying. Can’t wait to book with Dylan again!

We did two very different trips with the captain. Our first trip was for tarpon and it wasn’t the greatest experience. The captain took us to the right spot where we could see the tarpon rolling on top of the water. While we were able to hook a tarpon, it would have been better to have different gear. Using spinning reels for tarpon made the process difficult. He also picked us up without any bait. We had to try to catch bait and then ended up having to buy some. He should have been ready with the bait when he picked us up.

Also, the Captain drove the boat at excessively high speeds which knocked us around a good bit. We were soaked from all of the water spray and we were sore for days after.

We did a second trip with the captain for snook and trout. We had a great day on the second trip and the equipment was much more appropriate for the inshore fishing that we were doing. We caught snook, redfish, snapper, grouper, and a number of other fish during this six hour experience. I would recommend this charter for the inshore experience more so than for the tarpon. Even though he still drive at high speeds, it was calmer water and less problematic.

Captain Dylan provided us with a great afternoon of fun and fishing! We asked to focus on Snook and Grouper. We caught and released a ton of both! We also caught Red Snapper, which he cleaned and filleted, and we had for dinner that evening. We can’t wait to go fishing with Captain Dylan again!

Dylan communicated the necessary info to us about where we would meet in plenty of time. He was all set to go when we arrived and put us on fish right away. He was patient and helpful with my wife, who had minimal fishing experience. It was clear that his goal was to give us the best experience possible, and he got almost excited as we did when we started   catching some nice reds! One of the best 4 hours of fishing I have ever had!

My two brothers and I decided to take my father out for a Father’s Day trip this past year. After getting put on some monster sized snook, one after the other, it’s safe to say we will be making this trip with Captain Dylan an annual thing. Highly suggest taking a trip out with this Captain. We are avid fishermen ourselves, with our own boat. This Captain has done his research and knows the spots that are holding, and more importantly what bait they want and how they want it presented to them. Perfect trip for an amateur wanting to fish non stop, or professional trying to learn a couple new spots.
