This was our second trip with Robbie Dobson, the first time in 2020 and now in 2024. He has a great boat and equipment and helped us limit out on Lake Taneycomo. it was truly a great experience.

Robbie was very knowledgeable and very kind.  His boat and equipment were all nice and well kept.  My sons and I really enjoyed it and highly recommend using Dodson guide service.

I booked a 2HR trout fishing trip for my two kiddos and I. Even though the area received a good amount of rain that made the water murky Robbie’s knowledge of the area led to my kiddos catching some trout and huge smiles! It was a pleasure fishing with Robbie and I appreciated his patience helping & teaching the kiddos.

Came in after a very cold front rolled thru. Was hoping to try walleye but ended up trout fishing. USCOE had dam flowing stronger than normal but the captain took it in stride. We hit our limit and even the wife had fun. Captain stayed right behind our girls to keep them up when wake of passing boat hit ours. Most were small but experience was great. Came early into spring so knew weather could be a factor. Next time we go to Branson we will use him again.

After a tough morning fly fishing near the Dam and not catching anything, our excursion with Robbie saved the trip. We started catching trout less than a minute after our first cast and didn’t stop until we pulled back into the dock. Would highly recommend!
