This was a great trip we caught a ton of fish more than I had imagined we would. I would and will be using him for many more trips to come. Captain John is very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of your trip from where to stay and places to eat and see. He is a fourth-generation fisherman from right there and it shows in everything about the trip.

John was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, great teacher, and he made sure we caught several fish. My wife and I have only ever freshwater fished, and he did a great job teaching us different ways to cast and reel our catches in. Super friendly guy, and definitely worth the money! If we ever come back to Appalacicola, we will definitely use him again.

we had a great time on our excursion with Captain John.  Not only was he knowledgeable about fishing, but he shared a lot of very interesting facts about the area.  He was very patient with our grandkids and we caught lots of fish!  We would highly recommend using Captain John and we hope to make this an annual tradition.

Captain John was awesome! He went above and beyond on our seashell/dolphin ride. He is super friendly, very experienced, and shared so much background information about the area. We will use Captain John from now on for all our boating excursions. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
