Half Day Trip

Coming off of a cold front in December and a full moon the night before. The water levels were low due to the full moon. Captain Doug took us out anyway and had us on fish right away. Captain Doug was great with the entire family and is truly great at his job. I would strongly recommend Captain Doug to any person. Weither its an inexperienced family or seasoned angler, Doug is the right choice!

Captain Doug was amazing from the time we booked until our trip ended. I will one hundred percent book with him on our next trip. He communicated with me before the trip, and even when he was pulling up to the dock. We have three boys, ages 15, 13 and 8. He was so patient with them, and helpful, and also taught us all so much. We caught so many fish, and we realize there was a chance we would not have, but regardless the trip would have been amazing, and I credit it to Doug. Doug cleaned... Meer

I starting writing this review with my 8 year old son and he began filling in. That is the subject. If you’re relatively inexperienced with children I couldn’t recommend Captain Doug enough. He’s polite, extremely patient and talented. I go on similar fishing charters yearly in the Keys and have never had a captain remotely close. With Captain Doug we went catching not fishing. Captain Doug was great! He put us right on top of the fish everywhere we went. He stayed right on top of baiting us up, equipment was great & he was very professional. He made our first trip out one to remember forever! We highly recommend Captain Doug & certainly will use him again.

I took my 3 young boys for a half day and have never been out in a charter and he treated them they were his sons. Very impressive guy and you could tell he just loved what he does. We really enjoyed our experience, he was so kind and knowledgeable. Doug never once said time is almost up, in fact he took us for an extra hour without even bringing it up. Be sure to ask Doug to be your captain on your next fishing experience you will not be disappointed.
