The only real complaint we had was the captain was not very personable. You go out for the entertainment and the fishing. To start the trip off we showed up early who wouldn’t right??? We were told he “the captain” was not leaving till 8:30 so he went and sat in his truck and ate. Which is fine but it wouldn’t have bothered us if he stood there and talked with us a little. We went out fished it was slow I don’t blame him for that. It’s fishing not catching/shooting. But when it’s slow it’s the captain’s job to make conversation make it entertaining. In a 5 hour trip we figured he might have had a total of 30 minutes worth of conversation and that’s being generous. At the end of the trip he cleaned the fish we shot (which we felt he needs more practice at) asked me to throw the trash away from the boat which was our trash so I guess it was our responsibility??  In short if you’re looking for a boring, mediocre fishing, zero conversation and like picking up after yourself this is the trip for you!!
