Perch are not biting converted to 1/2 day Walleye. Caught 15 nice Walleye and about 20 Sheephead Which we threw back along with about 5-6 Shorts. No bugs , slight SE breeze all said it was a pleasant day and they went home with a nice bounty. Tight lines Capt. Bob

Captain Bob and his first Mate Dave made our first chartered fishing trip the best ever . We (Wendy, Rodney and grandson Eli (14) chartered the afternoon session and caught our limit :). Once the poles were set up, not even 10 minutes and we had our first bite, and it continued until we each reached our limit. This was our first trip on Lake Erie. We were hoping for a perch trip, but water condition were not favorable. We decided to switch to walleye. Capt. Bob and his mate knew how to keep the rods active. Two man limit In less than 4 hours. Irish Rose is a nice ride and spacious and clean fishing vessel. We will be coming back to Sandusky and fishing with Capt. Bob and the Irish Rose.
