Our family of 4 (two adults, two kids 10 and 12) had a great 3/4 day trip. The kids are beginners, but the crew did a great job showing them what to do. We hooked a 110lb blue marlin early (my 12 year old got it to the boat, but it slipped away). The captain/crew saw that catching any fish was more important to my family than the big prize fish and managed to find a nice school of yellow fin and rainbow runners. Booked with Kona Dice charter. Captain Jim and mate William were awesome. Highly recommend. Hooked a small wahoo 10 minutes out of the marina. Bit us off. Catching live bait fish was very cool. Caught a skipjack tuna, and lost another. Great experience,  good boat and gear. These guys know what there doing! Very experienced and knowledgeable. Would go with them again in a heartbeat.

My two friends and I throughly enjoyed our trip with Konadice! We had close to one of the best days of fishing you could possibly have. Filled the cooler with skipjack after hooking singles, then a quadruple and then a double, and a few more singles. We then pivoted to marlin where we were successful in landing a nice marlin. Jim and Nick were great. both my grandson and son caught fish. So fun to watch their excitement and reeling the fish in. Definitely would recommend Konadice!

We fished two days with Captain Jim and William. They were fun to fish with and very competent in all phases of fishing including setting the spread when trolling, catching bait and live-bait fishing, coaching our fishermen and landing our catches. It was overall one of my best offshore experiences out of quite a few in several countries. I will book them again when I’m back in Hawaii.
