Captain Mitch was excellent, and I highly recommend him.  He worked with us to accommodate alternative times for our trip working around some nasty thunderstorms which was greatly appreciated.  On our trip, he was friendly, engaging and helpful with all aspects of fishing.  His boat and angling equipment were first rate.  His knowledge of the area and where best to find fish in some challenging, windy conditions made for a success day with both of us catching a variety of fish.  My son is... so first off. very windly and cold day for the area w storms moving through. every boat but “that one luckyone” had trouble tracking down the honey hole. Even so out captain worked his ass off hunting ultimately we switched up places species of fish and had a good time catching fish.  Captain also set us up with great little restaurant who cooked up tge fish for a very reasonable price. we will be back.

You won’t go wrong with Capt Mitch. Less than 20 minutes from dock, my sweetheart landed a 20 pound fish. I followed her with an 18 pounder minutes later and it was non-stop hookups for hours. Mitch is a great guy and excellent conversationalist. He seemed to know exactly what was biting and where, so we didn’t waste time chasing mirages. We’ll be chartering this boat next time we’re in New Orleans.

I told Capt Mitch what we wanted to target and he put us on the fish. My boys had a blast. I’m sure they’ll be talking about their awesome fishing trip to their friends at school. You can’t go wrong fishing with Captain Mitch.

Captain Mitch took my friends and I out on a half day charter in late February. Although the bite was slow at first, Captain Mitch was relentless in his effort to put us on fish, and we ended up with plenty to take home.
