- I grew up in a small town in central Maine always chasing fish in small brooks and streams. It was part of our way of life and came very naturally to me.

- There is something special and unique about the tradition of ice fishing in Maine. I grew up fishing with tip ups for brook trout and salmon and have now moved into more sophisticated methods including using a forward facing sonar to chase fish with a jig rod. I still use traditional methods, but using all of the tools at my disposal only increases your odds of being successful on the ice!
