A ninth-generation OBX native, Captain Daniel grew up fishing around the Outer Banks. After college, he went to pursue his passion for being on the water and got his Captain's license. He then went to Alaska to work a dream job for 2 seasons, then came back to his local waters and began to sharpen his skills and build his own business.
Techniques
Sight fishing is one of Captain Daniel's favorite techniques when the conditions are optimal. From the open ocean to the flats, there is nothing more exciting for him! When the conditions are sub-par, bait fishing and jigging are great ways to have an excellent day on the water and maybe catch some dinner along the way.
