Sarah, our apologies, I thought you were taking photos of the 31 fish that were caught.  There were several held up for photos.  If you would have asked for more photos, I would have happily allowed the opportunity for more.  Additionally, our boat is controlled by a spot lock trolling motor and when 4 foot waves are breaking the bow, the boat has a tendency to turn with the wind and waves then re-correct itself.
Due to the high seas and winds it wouldn’t have been a productive day to troll.  I apologize for not explaining that more clearly.  Rather, we decided to move to numerous spots in an effort to produce more opportunities.
You were able to catch a variety of species to keep and sample. 
As we were prepping the boat for offload, I announced for everyone to walk over to the main dock and we would clean your fish.  Everyone walked off the dock. Therefore, we began to clean the fish.  My apologies, I was unaware you wanted photos of all kept fish.

I will review my videos and send you a copy of the ones I have of your family fighting some awesome hookups.

I’m unclear on when payment collected has much to do with the fishing.  However, in my welcome message we explain the final booking process is completed prior to boarding the boat as is consistent with every charter I have taken as well.  As far as the snapper fishing, we caught and boated 3 types of snapper, grunts, triggerfish, and amberjacks using over 30 lbs of cutbait and 2 dozen live baits.  I’d say we worked hard to put you on fish!  We enjoyed having you onboard and would have loved to of heard your concerns while we were cleaning your fish at the dock. Thank you.
