Mike is an exceptional guide! He communicated early to make sure we found him and got aboard the boat. He took us right to where the fish were! My wife and I lost count of how many we reeled in! Mike made sure our hooks always had bait on them and helped us with removing the hooks when we made a catch. We caught several species and even caught a black tip shark! Captain Michael (Mike) Ikemeier turned a fairly windy day into a good fishing day.  Mike texted or called regularly days leading up to & on charter day.  Picked us up on schedule.  Friendly & informative throughout the afternoon.  Redfish, trout, grunt.  Mike put us on sheepshead but us two landlubbers let ‘em off.  I’ll definitely book again with Cap’n Mike.

We had an awesome day on the water with Captain Mike! Caught over 30 fish throughout the trip and even hit the inshore slam redfish, trout, and snook, plus plenty more including Spanish mackerel, jack, and grouper. Captain Mike was super knowledgeable, knew exactly where to go, and kept us on the fish all day long. He made the entire experience fun and seamless. We’ll absolutely be booking again any time we’re in town. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch inshore charter!

Mike took us to a couple great spots. Our kids had never gone saltwater fishing. They caught a ton of fish and had an amazing time. l was worried 2 hours wouldn’t be enough but it was perfect for our 6 year old.  Our 8 yo could have gone on a 4 hour trip. Mike taylored the trip perfectly for kids. Highly recommend.

We went for the 2 hour fishing trip and our guide was able to get us quite a few fish and even a small shark.  No keepers but my boys and I had a good time.  I would recommend the 4 hour trip and try to book earlier as I was a bit limited in my time choice due to waiting until the week of the trip.
