We had a great groups out this past weekend. Fishing was nonstop as long as you found bait which we did. Both Saturday and Sundayโ€™s trip had large fish , unfortunately no keepers with the new regs but great fights on light tackle.

We are nearing our end of striper season for the Scaled Up then moving down to Shark River for the reat of our season chasing fluke, seabass, and tuna June 1. Fishing has been good in the bay for keeers and overs, we do have nonus tags but havenโ€™t seen many slots in the 24-28โ€ range. We still have some openings so dont wait to long

Sorry for the delayed report, we have been fishing both am and pm trips. As far as the fishing goes its been up and down , we have been getting everyone on fish to take home plus releases. We did have a crazy bite on Saturday from the time we started fishing till the trip was over and left them biting with over 150 fish caught and released in 5 hours. The guys said they had enough couldnt reel in any more. The fished ranged from 30โ€-40โ€ all on flutters and casting shads

We had a great group of guys out today, we made our first stop marking fish and started casting shads. Had a few hits then marked a lot of fish and game on. Everyone started hooking up and boxed up 5 fish right away then it died out so we made several moves looking for them again and only found scattered marks putting a few more in the boat with a few releases, we ended the trip with 7 keepers 2 overs that were released to breed and several other releases plus all the fish lost boat side that spit the hook. I want to thank everyone for having a great trip

We had the Ryan Keefer party oit for the morning stripers, we stopped short from where the fish have been as we marked them on the way. We managed 2 keepers in the box with several misses, we got a call of a hot bite so we picked up and made rhe run but unfortunatelythe bite was over when we got there although we did mark some fish we managed an over that was released back to breed. It was a slow day for us so we spent an extra hour marking with no bites untill we put out the MOJOS and trolles up 2 more fish. We had a great group out and looking forward to having them back later this month.
