Great afternoon with Denis and his crew. Unusually overcast after a thunderstorm, but we managed to catch a Dolphin Fish (Mahi Mahi). It was cleaned and filleted on the Quayside. Denis contacted a local restaurant, the Hopi Bon Grill where we took the fillets. They were cooked to perfection. Good day all round
