I’m very sorry you didn’t enjoy your trip and sorry to hear this. Hope it didn’t ruin your birthday. Like I previously said I had a last minute family emergency come up. If I would of canceled your trip last minite, you never would have a got booked anywhere else. I was looking out for your best interest as far as getting you out there on the water, so i asked captain Luis who is a very reputable fisherman to the fishing community to do me a favor and take you out and you did catch fish. I cant help or have control over 4 to 5 foot seas or slow fishing. You mentioned that I have a 23 Contender it’s actually a 28 Contender that is listed. I don’t think it’s fair that your slandering fishing booker or my charter business off a slow day of fishing, if you would of caught 20 mahi or a 40lb Wahoo your review would have been alot different. I wish when you had second doubts about capt Luis or his vessel when you 1st met up with him that you would have declined at that moment. Once again I apologize and feel very bad that it was your worst trip ever and wish I could make It up to you. I have alot of satisfied returning client’s that have had great experiences weather fishing was great or slow and that’s what we strive for on ever trip.

Thanks for booking with us and we do value your business. We apologize for super slow fishing it was an afternoon trip and sometimes the fish shut off. The morning trip before your trip caught 3 sailfish. We don’t think 2 stars and no recommendation is fair we fished hard for you and presented the baits to the best of my skills! One out of every so many trips it is slow that’s why it’s called fishing and not catching. Once again sorry it was slow and you didn’t enjoy your trip.

We value your business however we caught around 10 mahi 5 keeper size and 3 barracudas and got into 2 schools of mahi in less then 3 hours and we never ran out of bait on your 5 hour trip that is false. Do you remember me putting on fresh bait at the end of trip to troll past the wood pallet I found floating??? Sorry you had such a terrible time. The ladys on your trip said they had a blast and thanks for the $100 tip. I put you on fish and that’s all that matters and you left with dinner for 2 occasions. This “not recommended us” is a 1st for such an awesome trip and definitely not fair for the work that I put in!
