I’ve fished in CR 2 times before with not much luck. This time I told Carlos I really wanted to catch a Rooster fish. After fishing few meters away from where we boarded for some bait, we went 15 minutes out and he put us on them immediately. Hooked 3 caught 2 and we caught an Amberjack. Was an amazing day with an amazing crew!!

My son and I had a great trip with Capt Carlos and mate Daniel. They helped us land 2 sailfish and a Mahi.  Very knowledgeable and worked hard to find the fish for us. Communication leading up to the trip was great. Having shade on the bow of the boat was key in the hot Costa Rican sun.

We came in March (dry season) and wanted to target a rooster fish. We were able to find a nice one pretty quickly despite weeks of poor rooster fishing in the previous weeks. We also caught about 10 nice grouper reef fishing, and picked up a monster wahoo while trolling. Great crew and boat overall.

Had a great time with Karlos and Daniel. Caught 6 Yellowfin Tuna and had a few Billfish chase while trolling. Highly recommend!

Carlos and crew were great.  Saw so much life offshore it just made the day fly by.  Was able to change from 3/4 to full day and glad we did. Hooked a nice marlin late in the day.  Unfortunately it broke off, that’s fishing sometimes.  Was still a successful day with tuna and mahi.  Would highly recommend this guide service!
