Captain JP is a very experienced guide and fisherman and he put us right on the peacocks. We   pulled in some nice fish, including big peacocks, some nice largemouth, and a few other species. He was helpful with some less experienced anglers in our group and skilled with dealing with a gator that was interested in our fish. Never fishing in the Everglades before it was awesome to have JP by our side.  Very helpful and kept us going the whole time.  From different types of lures, bait, etc, JP sure has the the right info to catch all kinds of fish, Gar, Peacock Bass, Large Mouth Bass, Cichlids, Jaguar Quattipate or Oscar’s.  It was awesome!  We even saw a gator.

Capt PJ had some much patience with myself and son. We are not the next anglers but he took the time to teach us technique while working hard to put Ian in the best position to catch fish.  It was a really hot day and he was caring to make sure we stayed as cool as possible and stayed ready to fish. Will definitely use him again.

Our guide, J.P. was great!!  He is a fishing encyclopedia!  He knows how to fish, where to fish, and if you need a little help or alot of help. He has a million life experiences and a story or two to share about all of them which makes the trip fun and interesting! You can’t do better!!
