- I started at 2 years old fishing with my grandfather they called him Dock Brown also my uncle Greg Brown and my other uncles Lloyd Brown and Uncle Jeff & Uncle Larry on the Cape Fear River Lock & Dam #1 in N.C. and Richard Deberry teaching me how to tie a fishermans knot at sanbridge fishing pier i was determined. So I watched and learned from them and other Charter boat Captains through the years. So now I'm taking fishing to another level. Joined the US Navy in 1989 at age 18 small rib boat operator for US Navy Seal Team 6 Desert Storm Shield Master Helsman on USS Halyburton FFG 40. High skill set for ship & small boat operations. Honorable Discharge. Our main goal is to make sure our clients catch fish. If we have to go into overtime for you, we will. Also, Johnny Quest Sport Fishing has won the Angler's Choice Award 2024 because Saam and i worked as a team to put our clients on the big fish. Saam has a high skill set for finding and hooking big fish. His drive and determination are like no other. When he gets in the zone, he's unstoppable. I've never seen anything like it. I want to say thank you, Saam, for a job well done.
