My party of 3 had an amazing experience with Captain Kurtis. The weather was not the best, and the fish were not biting that day, but we still went out and caught 3 Silvers. I would highly recommend Secret Waters!

Captain Kurtis was very supportive and tried his best to catch salmon for crew. Of course! Every crew could catch salmon! I really appreciate your service and would recommend everyone for his service.

1st time ever fishing the Kenai.  Showed up with nothing but a dry bag w/ extra clothes and munchies, and pair of on-sale rain paints purchased the night before.  Kurtis had us on the water in no time headed for the fish.  Having not fished light tackle and spinning gear in a long while, he had me casting like an old pro with some great advice and pointers!  Had the first fish onboard in under an hour.  He even made sure the sun came out for us! My mom and I had a very nice time on the river with Captain Kurtis and kept 2 silvers and one sockeye. We also caught a Jack (lil King) and a small Dally Varden. There can be quite a bit of waiting time for the tide to come up the river and carry the fish along with it.
