- Hello. I'm Capt. Luis Martinez. I'm USCG and TPWL licensed, with 25 years of experience fishing the Galveston Bay Complex. I became a fisherman when I was 3 years old. My Dad used to take me fishing to different lakes in Mexico and to the Gulf. Ever since I was a little kid, I've loved what I do now - fishing. My goal is to make for you just what my Dad made for me - great and wonderful memories.
