We had a great morning with Capt Tyler. After getting the youngest secured in a flotation vest, we cruised to our first spot, caught and released many striped bass. We also secured our dinner. On to the second spot, and second species, Blue fish. Couple of quick fish, on to my favorite of the day, Bonito. Couple of nice fish. All in a four hour window. Captain Tyler Putney for the win. Tropical storm Debby limited the options of where we could fish. Capt Tyler asked if we could go out of Plymouth instead of Bass River. And we could.  So I appreciated the Captains flexibility with the time and the location. We landed some Striped Bass, and had a great fishing experience.

This was an experience. Our group was my husband and myself, our two boys and my sister and the boat accommodated us without issue. The bait fishing was fun and the kids also hooked some sharks. And then we got the tuna towards the end of the day hooked the tuna; it was so cool. Tyler didn’t give up and was invested in making sure we caught the big fish. It was the day of a lifetime for the kids; an experience they won’t soon forget. Thank you!

We had a great trip with Tyler catching striper and bonito. He was patient and helpful with my two sons and helped us catch a ton of striper quickly after we left Yarmouth. On the way back he taught us how to fish for Bonito and that was a ton of fun too. I’d easily recommend him to friends and will call him back next time we’re looking to charter a boat.

One of the best fishing trips I’ve been on! Captain Tyler was very friendly and professional and got us on the fish early. Must’ve caught 30 stripers that day, most of which had to be released as they were oversized! My father and uncle are still talking about how it was some of the best fishing they’ve had! Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great day of fishing!
