Chase sorry you feel that way but most boats wouldn’t have let you take kids as young as you did on their boats and at the end of the day my crew caught fish for your kids to have an enjoyable day even after them getting sick and as the picture show they did catch fish for you   It may not have been the type you wanted but they did catch you something as the pictures show.
As far as the owners meeting the boat, most of them don’t ever show up as they do not live in the area or even in the country.  We try to meet each guest, but sometimes we have other obligations and can’t be there. I am sorry for that.  Good luck on future trips

Hello Steven the day you went weather was pretty rough and the fishing was not good that day with the 20kt wind not many fish were caught by any of the other local boats that even attempted to go out in the weather It was just a tough day fishing and that happens to even the best of Capt and crews   Theres never a guarantee you will catch fish all you can do is try your best to make it happen

We are sorry you had a poor experience and I have discussed this with the crew and I was told by the captain that he spoke to your husband about the weather and his response was you are seasoned fishermen and you can handle the seas sorry you both got seasick and the sea were not 8 ft as you stated but more like 5 ft and you were only 6 miles offshore I checked the GPS and it’s kinda hard to believe you haven’t been on a trip you didn’t catch fish,  everyone has bad days and today was bad for everyone not many fish were caught not just our boat that’s why it’s called fishing not catching you can check all our reviews and they are contrary to what you say you experienced
