First thing, Capt. Dave was great and his boat was very good. Only problem and it might not be for most but we never touched and fish or crab. I personally didn’t know what to expect when fishing for rock fish in that I’m on the west coast and haven’t been deep sea fishing in a lot of years.
The major problem was after we caught our limits it was still early and Capt. Dave ask if we wanted crab and of course all of us said yes. Both me and the friend I was fishing thought it was part of the trip and were expecting to do some crabbing. That wasn’t the case Dave took us to a spot pulled up cages, and removed the needed number of crab, never telling us that there going to cost us extra. We ended up being asked to pay an addition, $98.00 for the crab. We probable would of still gotten the crab but it seemed wrong not to tell us that that wasn’t part of the experience we had booked.
As a side note, we did still tip him $70.00.

Captain Dave was awesome!  He took our group of family and friends and we caught salmon, rock fish, and finished the day pulling some crab pots.  Great dude, great captain, great experience.  Definitely recommend, and would definitely go again.  We were a group of 4 with a young adult and Dave made sure everyone had a good time.  5 stars!

Weather was bad no fish but exciting and fun boat ride nonetheless very good captain and excellent boat handling
