I was visiting with my family from Maine and wanted to go out with someone who knew the area. Cedar Key is beautiful, and Jayson is a great guide. His trip the morning before caught a massive redfish, and he wanted to get me out early to a good spot. The winds kicked up and we ended up getting relatively skunked. But, he more than made up for it by sharing a TON of useful knowledge. I took it and caught fish with that info later in the trip. He also showed me some great dolphin spots. Overall... Meer

Captain Jayson put us in the fish. Even with the windy conditions our time on the water with Jayson was great. the boat maxed out on Redfish and had such a fun time bringing them in. It’s always a good day to be out fishing. We will be using Hookin It Charters again.

We had a blast with Captain Jason. Arranged ahead of time, he even brought his son who was similar in age to my son and we all had a wonderful time and caught a ton of fish. Could not have asked for more. We even had a late lunch together. 5 stars.

We had a great time fishing with Captain Jayson out of Cedar Key! He was very knowledgeable and made everything easy for us. Captain Jayson was especially great with the kids—he helped my nephew with his casting and was super patient.  Even though we got caught in the rain, we still caught fish and had a lot of fun.  We’ll definitely be booking with him again on our next trip!

Last minute deal Capt.Jayson made room for me and my son. Met us at the dock at 1:30. Short ride to the fish. Son kept count of 42 redfish we caught in just a couple hours. Great times, highly recommended.
