Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry that you have left with that view of Our Mary. We do everything we can to attend all of our fishermen and observes in an excellent way. In the ocean, fishing is like a gamble, sometimes you win and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes in the ocean you catch fish and sometimes you don’t. All of the criticism, feedback, and comments are always very appreciated because they help us give our guests a better quality service. Unfortunately I saw this negative comment last night. This morning I called the captain to see what happened because Our Mary has implemented basic rules and one of them is to ask the to the group if the would like bottom fishing, trolling fishing, or a little bit of both before going out to sea.
At the end of every trip we use to ask our clients how they enjoyed the trip, and this specific client said, “My daughter bought this trip as a gift, and she bought it very rushed without looking at the details, I didn’t fish how I wanted to and we didn’t catch anything.” (This is what our customer said at our office.) When there are different people on a open trip, we do what the majority of the clients would like whether it’s bottom fishing, or trolling, or both, and this sometimes leaves one person unsatisfied and not getting what they want because everyone else on the boat chose something else. We recommend that you book a private 4 hour charter, or a open 7 hour charter, so that you have more time and opportunities to fish the way you would like to fish, bottom, trolling, or a little of both.
