- Captain Ahmed Raoof, commonly known as "Luffy" in the fishing community, is an avid angler who's been fishing for as long as he can remember. He started fishing for fun, which led to him eventually purchasing a boat and deciding to turn his passion for the sport into a career! In 2017 he got his Captain's License, and Whitetip charters was born. Now Capt. Luffy uses his experience and local knowledge to provide exciting angling adventures to guests of all ages and skill levels.
