November 29 ,2023 The Rock on Report Middle Bay Fishing. November is HERE… It is a little cold. But water is over 55. River mouth and open bay holding fish. Stripers AKA ROCKFISG The bait is coming out of the rivers and headed to the open bay. Lots of BIRDS. This week smaller baits and metal jigs were the ticket. Lots of SMALL fish under birds. BUT nice 24-28†fish to be found if you look. If you love FLY FISHING now is the time for Rockfish under birds. Perch We have not targeted them for the past week or so. Will start looking again in November. Spot GONE Sea Bass There are here. VERY few keepers. Sea Bass are like apple trees. Once you pick all the keepers there is nothing left.
