Background: I am a Ph.D. Research Marine Biologist with over 40+ years of fishing, boating, and research experience. I have been successfully fishing oceans, lakes, and rivers all over the world and here in Tennessee for the past 5 years.
Techniques: One of my favorite fishing techniques involves trolling with planer boards with both live and artificial baits. I find that this method produces a better quantity, quality, and variety of species. Generally it allows me to have up to 6 simultaneous bait presentations which means more fish in the boat for you!! When the situation calls for it, I also rely upon jigging and casting strategies.

A beautiful day on Lake Chickamauga yielded a variety of species, including some nice 13-14 inch crappie. All fish were trolled using jigs and crankbaits trolled at 12-16 foot depths over submerged creek flats in 18-20 FOW.

Greg was an amazing guide! He had everything we needed to have the best time. Greg is an expert at how to fish for many different varieties of fish.
