As Much as I would like to say this was a memorable experience I can’t. We showed up at the designated time and waited 30 minutes before someone showed up who was different from our original captain and we wended up on a different boat than was actually booked. had a struggle trying to pay for the boat until I finally was able to talk to the original captain I booked with. Then we went fishing and I can say that the crew worked there asses off trying to find fish with no luck. So a+ to the crew but the rest of the experience was at best So So

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my purpose of this review is to either help the service provider or inform those thinking to book this venue.
  I’ve gone on various fishing trips. I know that there is no way to guarantee catching fish.
  We went during the week of thanksgiving break. The weather was hot. The boat did not provide drinks or snacks. They did provide a cooler that had a block of ice in it to keep the drinks we brought cold.
  There was no instruction or interaction from the captain Juan. Travis was the other crew member. He asked me what the plan was today. I said let’s do our best to catch really any fish. They both then went up to the second level of the boat and didn’t talk to us for 1 hr until we arrived. When we arrived Travis came down and set the lines and then went back up. Travis would come down every hour or hour and a half to check the bait. He wouldn’t say anything. After 5 1/2 hours of this I yelled up to the second level and asked if we could go in as our drinking water we brought was running low and there was no instruction.
  I asked to head back and we redirected back to shore, we trolled all the way in. Than Travis removed the lines and went back up to the second story. When we got to the dock I paid them the amount I owed them. They seemed not happy with the tip I gave them.
  If it was me and I could do this over again, I’d choose another charter. No fish, no instructions (not even safety instructions like where the life jackets were at), no interaction and really no fun.
  For the ship captain and crew. I’d at least provide drinks (water) for the customers. I’d also spend at least 5 minutes going over things like safety instructions and at least what type of fish we would be fishing for). Also, when bait is being switched maybe go over what type of bait you are using. Also, maybe instruct the people where we are going. I am fluent in Spanish as well as my brother who was on the boat. We spoke in Spanish so there was no reason there should’ve been a barrier of interaction.

I think this is a good example of you get what you pay for. I am an experienced fisherman so I know you don’t always catch. But I expected more of an effort on the part of the captain. C’est la vie.
