Went on a 9 hour fishing trip. Both guides were friendly and did not have any problem communicating in Englsih. During our trip we tried at least 10 different locations and the crew kept the good balance so we can try different ways if there were no fish. All needed equipment was there and also we had some on our own, We succeded in most of the spots and got around 40 catches with taking breaks and just having a good. Found these guy’s through trip advisor and can’t recommend them enough, they were fantastic hosts, very experienced and knew exactly where to take the boat for the big fish. They even came and found us when we ended up on the wrong side of the beach in the early hours of a dark morning. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped my husband with his fishing techniques. We went on a half day jigging, caught 26 fish between the 4 of us in grand baie. The boat had shade but no toilet facility so wear a swimsuit and be ready to dip in off the back of the boat. We took our own refreshments but tackle bait and all equipment was provided. Skipper stayed in touch during planning.

That sounds like an absolutely fantastic day out on the water! Catching 26 fish between the four of you in Grand Baie is such an impressive haul,what an incredible experience! I was skeptical about this kind of trip’s found online but now i couldn’t be happier that I took the risk! Amazing professional crew with quality equipment and alot of knowledge about local fishing styles and nearby hotspots. Would 10/10 recommend! Been fishing my whole life but this got me addicted on a another level.

Captain Belon and crew provided us with an exceptional half day fishing trip. The boat was well equipped and they knew where to go and what tackle to use for us to have a thrilling and exhausting experience. 8 good size tuna and 6 bonito too! Highly recommend.
