Boat and equilment were first-rate. Captain and first mate were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Our trip was ended before we got to the fishing spot due to high winds and heavy seas. They graciously offered to refund half of our trip cost if we schedule again within a year. We greatly appreciate all of their efforts and gestures, and we plan to get our trip re-scheduled with them next season. They are highly recommended!

We had to reschedule twice due to bad conditions. We COULD have gone out but they suggested we reschedule and offered other dates. Would have been really easy for them just to take our money and take us out, but they were committed to giving us a good trip. I really respected this. My family (prone to sea sickness) would have been miserable in big waves. The boat is a beautiful boat. The back deck is spacious. Enough room to move around and not feel cramped. I had two boys with me- 11 and 9. They could be up with us fishing or down in the lower cabin when they were bored. The cabin area was spacious as well. Pepper was interactive with my kids right away- making them feel comfortable. It was a rough fishing day. The currents were funky. The fish were not biting. We had two bites and caught a big king salmon and ended up with dinner for each family. Even though we didn’t catch a ton, it was a blast. We were there for the experience. I bought it as a Father’s Day present for my husband, dad, and grandpa. We brought our two older sons with us. It was a great day for us all. We got quality time together and the captain and first mate were awesome. When they weren’t changing directions or lines trying to get us fish, they were conversational and just a joy to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would do it again in a heartbeat!

The weather conditions of our scheduled AM departure were less than favorable. Fortunately, the evening departure was available. We had a slow start, but the fish started to bite all at once!  I highly recommend Leg-a-Sea Charters!  Great crew, boat and equipment!

Captains Chris and Pepper were very friendly and informative.  Kept everyone engaged.  Fun conversation.  Knowledgeable about area. Enjoyed trip! Would like to do another trip.
