Started off the day catching sheepshead in the deeper water. Decided to end it chasing big bull reds in the shallows. It was a success! Catching big fish in shallow water is a fishing experience like no other. The bull reds sure know how to pull back. Also picked up a surprise sheepshead on a lure!

Sheepshead trip was a success! These fish feed best when its cold and they are a load of fun to target. My personal second favorite fish to target behind redfish. Very subtle bite but nothing is subtle about a sheepshead on your hook. Book your trip before it gets hot again!

The fall bite is in full swing and the big bull reds are crammed into the marsh and bays to spawn and i know just where to find them. There is also plenty of opportunity for great table fair fish to put in the box. November will always be my favorite time to fish.

Inshore fishing is at its best!

With the water temps dropping this last week we have entered into the best inshore fishing of the year. Slot/bull redfish, trout, flounder, black drum, and sheepshead are all being found in numbers! Come on out and enjoy it while it lasts!

I always encourage catch and release, proper handling of certain species and important breeding fish. But that does not mean you can’t ethically fill a box of good tasting fish with me! Recent cooler weather has the fish fired up. A lot of great fishing opportunities in the marsh and bays right now. Yall come out and enjoy the resource!

Colin is an exceptional and very personable young guide, and my wife and I had a great trip out with him on a very windy day fishing for a variety of species.
