What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Spring Park, Minnesota for the first time?

There was a neat plant control boat that looked like a John Deere tractor rolled off into the water. Not overgrown, but interesting patches of aquatic plants. I bet those lotuses and waterlilies are gorgeous in May!

It was BETTER than expected, in that we learned a lot more about bass fishing than I thought we would and Dusty was even more knowledgeable than I expected.

You will be tired after you catch fish all day long! We caught at least 300 fish! What a great time!

Weather is unpredictable this time of year, have layers, and water gear. Don’t forget a neck guard, glasses and some angler gloves.
