What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Hollywood, Florida for the first time?

This is great first time out saltwater fishing there where three with us that never been out . John told the girls to take there dramamine next time one the night before and one hour before going out . Thanks John and Vinny

Don’t book here as they will cancel after you show up if they don’t think they are making enough money with enough bookings and ruin your whole day and possibly trip. Only care about making money not pleasing customers. Will do an old fashioned shakedown to get more money from you on site or cancel trip if you don’t pay more.

Book a full day trip to be able to get offshore and into some meat species. Our half day trip for my three sons and I was fine but if we wanted to get into heavier fishing we would have needed more time.

Expect the experience of ocean fishing and understand not every trip is going to catch fish. But the chance to catch fish is the most important!

We may have gotten lucky, but we caught a shark, which really made the experience unforgettable.

Boat and crew were great which made a big difference in an otherwise slower fishing season.

If you have a car. Drive to Ft. Lauderdale It takes less time to get out to the fishing spot !

While fishing on a relatively smaller boat, you need to have good sea legs and good balance. That said, Joshua always head the boat in a practical way to minimize the actions of the waves.
