What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Tewantin, Queensland for the first time?

A great experience and caught some very tasty fish which they gutted and filleted for us.

The only recommendation I have is to expect some sea sickness if you're prone to that. The water was rough and a few onboard had issues. Even anglers who don't usually have problems did this day.

Early October was the go here, seas weren’t bad, sun shone about, temperature was comfortable. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

I really can't comment. So much depends on nature. The crew definitely did their best and were diligent.

Take your own choice of tackle and lures/jigs as twin hook and sinker was the standard on the boat

Yes .Probably the wrong time of year with the snapper season being off. Good boat and good crew
