Red snapper open with state water boats on every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in September, October, and November. Today we caught red snapper, triggers, black snapper for the box. Also had a bunch of red grouper that was catch and release.

This group caught their limit of Vermilion then ended the trip trolling for a few Spanish. Great bite in state waters.

The Amber Jack season is closed, but the bite is good on bridge spans. Great fighting fish.

The bigger red snapper have been biting well. Not in season to keep, but a fun trip for a bigger catch.
