Havoc is moving to Deltaville Va for November/ December 2020 for the Striped Bass season. This move will keep us from having to waste almost 2 hours on each charter getting to where fish are, plus rock fishing the upper Chesapeake Bay is some of the best fishing you can ask for. It consists of hunting for the perfect school of trophy fish and using a combination of trolling artificial lures and baitfishing.
