Both the offshore and backcountry fishing have been firing. Offshore, we’ve had steady action on mahi, with bright, healthy fish showing up in good numbers — perfect for the table and a blast to catch. There’s also been plenty of snapper around, making for great mixed bags and happy anglers back at the dock. Inshore, the backcountry bite has been just as strong with calm seas and clear water. Every trip’s been producing — from steady action on the patch reefs to cruising dolphin offshore under floating debris and birds.
