Red Snapper season is extremely short each year which means these trip book quickly. When the season opens, anglers have a rare chance to harvest one of the most prized bottom fish in the SE Atlantic Ocean. Captain Scott has been fishing offshore waters for more than 30 years, targeting deep ledges, wrecks and reef structure that consistently hold quality snapper. You will be catching these prized table fair fish with live baits, dead baits and/ or slow pitch jigs in depths of 90-300 feet. We will be stopping near shore to target live baits on the way out to the snapper grounds. Full Live -wells mean full fish boxes on the way home. We have specific sabiki rods and also bait casters for catching croakers and grunts. What makes Red Snapper Fishing so Exciting?
