The fishing is great, but it can slow down if you encounter a cold front or prolonged windy conditions that rough up and dirty the water. If windy weather is expected and you’re prone to seasickness, take Dramamine the night before. It will likely be rough regardless of the size of the boat you’re on.

Great experience. Only unfortunate aspect of the trip was the high winds that didn’t allow us to do the snorkelling portion of our charter. I am not sure if this is normal for February. Something to consider. But the captain was upfront the entire time about the winds and even rescheduled our original trip to avoid them. Amazing trip nonetheless. Highly recommend this charter.

The lagoon doesn’t get enough credit. This is great shallow water fishing year round. If you haven’t tried it do yourself a favor and book a trip.

Chac Chi Marina – 33' Pulga Marina
There were so many bonefish in the flats, I am not sure how it could be better. I had more than a dozen shots to cast to bonefish, maybe closer to twenty. But I am still a novice, so the fact that I didn't catch that many i place on me.

In this time of the year, we was told so, it could be hard to catch a great viarity of fish and it's not the best time of the year.
So If you want to catch different species of fish ,you should inform yourself wich time of the is the best for catching.

definitely be prepared, can be slow but the crew will make tou feel so welcome. tell them what you want to catch and they give it there all. we also reccomend the morning trip. half day /6+ hours if possible. they probide water, soda, beer, ane chip/snacks.
enojoy it and dont think twice. the experince is worth more than the money

Do not expect big fish. There are a few around and a couple that were caught today. Most boats came in with ok size red snapper and triggerfish. Both are delicious.
