We caught some fish but only one keeper. It did rain pretty hard for the first hour that we were supposed to be fishing so that may have played a factor in the lack of bites we saw.

It can be a little hot at the end of June, coming into July. There is no shade, so wear the appropriate clothes and sunscreen. Maybe bring a handheld fan. But he took us swimming and it was a fun time.
