It’s windy. It’s very sunny. It’s fishing and NOT catching. They do their very best to put you on the fish. They can’t make them bite. Use sunscreen, I did and still got burnt. BRING SUNGLASSES for gods sake. It’s like welders burn if you don’t. Before you book ask the experts what to expect from the dates you book, if they say it’s bad then it is. Don’t blame them. These 2 guys are AWESOME.

If you want to catch a ton pay attention to the tides, we went out at high tide and enjoyed ourselves but it was a slower pace. Perfect for a first time experience for a 6 year old.

Make sure you know what you want to go after, and try to get the most experienced on the reel first especially if you haven't done it before. Captains are professionals, but cant guarantee fish
..so just be prepared to be the same amount of happy for getting 1 or 15..or none. That's fishing!

Big O found us fish! My son and I have been fishing for a long time. We rolled the dice on FishingBooker since we have never been to the Myrtle/ Little River area. After a couple hours we thought it was going to be a slow day. Big O is knowledgeable, communicated with other boats, and worked hard to get us on the bite! We caught 20 Bonito in our 6hr trip. Patience and persistence won the day for us. We will definitely book with Big O the next time we’re in town.
