I will always fish with these guys from here on out, I also tried aloha sport fishing, and they don’t compare, this boat is way more comfortable, and the crew is way more friendly

You cant make the fish bite, this was my second trip in Kauai, same time of year, caught fish last time…no luck this time. Still a great experience.

Booked the 6hr trip and landed 120lb Yellowfin and a 540lb Marlin. The boat is confortable and setup to catch monsters. The captain and deckhand are second to none. Very knowledgable and really put in the work to make sure their gear catches fish. Thanks again Randy and Dylan. You guys are animals! Mahalo, Jeremy

The ocean was a little rough but dispite some uneasy stomachs we had a good time

Its definitely wavvy out there so maybe plan for motion sickness even if you arent prone.

i would recommend this trip. first time on the island and first time fishing here as well. the waves were big. highly reccomend taking something for sea sickness.

Take Dramamine the night before and hydrate. Take Dramamine the morning of and maybe 2 hours in to the trip. Do what works for you! Very comfortable boat but swells are inevitable.

If I could book again, I'd book a whole day. The morning was great for catching bait, but the bite on the big fish didn't start until our time was nearly up. Fortunately, we did walk away with a ton of fish to eat.

Bring dramamine if you have any doubts about your ability to not get sick. The wild pacific ocean is exactly that- wild!

Yes…the 46’ boat is the heaviest on the island and perfectly for the swells.

Definitely use Dramamine or an equivalent to help with any seasick issues. The boat goes quite fast and the ocean is rough. Older children would probably be ok (age 12+)and have fun but younger ones would not.

Go with the flow! Fishing is fishing you won’t always have constant action. Be patient trust the captain and crew. If you MIGHT get sick or you don’t know if you will take meds, Hawaii is not your lake back home it gets sporty out there.

The waves are big, so lots of tossing and turning. If you get seasick at all, take Dramamine. This is not a trip for the frail

If it’s a big swale bring a towel to dry off. Please only have fish cut that you will eat while visiting the island. I learned that captain Austin shares the catch so all is eaten not wasted. Have patience and be kind.

Get fishing license the day before the trip. You can only be purchased online. This license is required for all out of state anglers for ocean fishing.
