If you have ever wanted to learn to fly fish, there is still plenty of time left in the year! Every fly angler I have guided in the last couple of months has started learning how to fly fish while catching fish regularly through the trip. Size, numbers, and variety have helped us enjoy some banner days on the water.

Nymphing today led to solid action. Fish were on edges of runs and ready to eat.

Another great day with fly equipment. The dry fly bite was slow. Switched the nymphs and were on fish almost constantly. Lost a real big mystery fish after they rocketed toward timber. Gotta love the variety and unknowns this kind of fishing affords.
