Trip Summary

Snook, Big and small, have been biting hard lately. Spring action has finally sprung. King mackerel and cobia have showed up nearshore and ladyfish have been slamming schools of bait in the sound. The trout are finally biting again and the snook bite is HOT!

The Silver King (Tarpon) showed up in great number this year and have provided one of the best Tarpon seasons in memory... mixed in are Sharks (Hammerhead and blacktip) and even some cobia! The snook and redfish bite are also on fire as they ramp up their summer spawn. Snapper are inshore and biting if your looking for table fare! All in all, the water is clear and the fish are here! One of the best times of year to fish in swfl!
