Trip Summary

The bay was on fire today! When we were able to stay away from the dolphins we caught mangos, grunts, sheepshead and grouper as fast as we could get baits down! We kept our limit of mangos and released at least 6 more limits with some real big inshore fish!

The nearshore bottom fishing has been incredible for hogfish, mangrove, snapper and grunts! Limits of hogfish have not been uncommon on the all day trips. Lots of big throwback grouper as well.

Had a mangrove snapper smash fest in Tampa bay yesterday with 5 limits of good ones. We threw back 4 times what we kept. Had some throw back grouper and flounder as well!!!
