I’ve had the chance to fish solo the past two mornings and it’s given me a chance to do a little scouting and I have been very happy with what I have found. The early morning low tides are providing some excellent sight casting and the fish have been more than willing to eat a topwater lure.

The redfish bite continues to be excellent and we are starting to see a strong showing of speckled trout. Z Man Prawb Starz and natural baits fished under a Four Horsemen popping cork is producing most of the action.
